FC 26 Pre-Order Icon Pull-Rate Probabilities?

Hi, interested in pre-ordering FC 26,  but wondering where I can find a published list of pull-rate probabilities for the 1-of-15 pre-order icon pack? It's a pack that is only available by spending real money and want to make an informed decision on pre-ordering, and it's a legal requirement to publish the pull-rates of any gacha type mechanics.

They're advertising Ibra and R9 as the face of these picks, but it would suck if the possibility of getting those were 0.0000001% and EA didn't publish that anywhere, as well as illegal.
