FC 26 Tournament Glitch

Dear Ea,

I hope you’re doing well. Please note that I was playing the PlayStation FC 26 tournament on my ps5 and I have reached the final of Days Play Golden Tournament in which the 1st Prize is 1050 FC Points. Unfortunately, my opponent in the final was a hacker. He glitched the game, right away after the game has just started. Then, it told me that I lost connection to my opponent. I refused to turn off my ps5 because I was afraid that this might cause me to be considered a loser . Please help fix this issue as this is not the first time that happens. You can even notice from the tournament table that he didn’t play any game but managed to win the prize.

I am really furious because it wasn’t easy reaching the final.
