Fc points not show up on my account

Yeah thank you so much for your help and from live chat team I had go through few folk but one staff members did actually help me in end thank you very much I hope ea can fix this problem soon as possible 

I have the same problem, bought ultimate editionon Playstation but only got 4,000 points over the course of 3 months. I checked with EA support but they replied me that I am not eligible for anymore content, and it can happen if I didn’t earn my content. I asked them what do they mean by I didn’t earn my content, when I bought the game it literally says 6,000 points, and even sent them a screenshot of the purchase page, the next day, the support replied me with the exact same message that I am not eligible for anymore content. 

Gonna boycott EA games from now on. The support is literally worse than a bot.
