I share my opinion here too,
Basically they are delaying the confirmation as long as possible in order to prevent people from keep using these 3rd party pages to buy fc coints cheaper. Like someone said up in here, if they change the methodology they been using, it should have been clarified a quite decent time ago, they really can't change the dinamic of the points transfer one day to another.
could be wrong but if you guys got fc 25 points you can chill, in a couple of weeks you will open fc 26 packs with them :D - CvzuaLVII10 hours agoNew Rookie
Here is the official product Information for „FC25 Points“:
EA Sports FC 25 Points are a virtual currency that you can use to purchase packs, players, and other items in EA Sports FC 25.
They are called FC25 Points in every Store. They are not called FC Points. If they were, why didnt FC24 Points work for FC25 after the one time Transfer Last year?
just check it yourself instead of spreading misinformation. Points always have been clearly Labeled to a specific Game.
just stating the facts, my personal
opinion is That the Transfer will be possible, but still there is no Obligation for EA to do so.

Even on EAFC25 they are called FC Points. (check in game for yourself) You have been able to transfer points from the previous game to the next title for the last 10 years as a one time option when you load the game.
Even on the transition year from FIFA to EAFC you were able to transfer points :) - zDilz2 days agoSeasoned Newcomer

I think the forum admins must be getting sick of this question.
I asked GPT 5, which probably knows more than EA themselves know, and it seems very certain that the transfer will happen. Obviously GPT scans the whole internet, and says that reliable sources such as FIFplay, and other community projects seem mostly certain it will take place. Furthermore, i asked for a percentage, it said 95% yes, 5% no, and that 5% was for a mis click when prompted.
If you're loading fc points now, load up as many as you are prepared to lose, and load up the rest on the release day. If you use proper risk management solutions, you'll be just fine, and we can stop pestering the admins with this question.

EA really need to put something out soon, taking their time this year.

The prices on third party markets will rise, however they will rise significantly further on the opening day of fc 26, therefore making people risk buying them for cheaper outweighs it, since less people buy for cheaper.
There is no demand for fc points until the day they release the information, only a few risk takers, which wont affect the bigger picture

They will declare it, just later on, to minimise financial loss.
If you think from a business perspective - If you have fc points on your fc 25 account, you HAVE PAID for those, therefore there is absolutely ZERO reason to not be able to transfer them to the next game.
