Thanks for the reply brother. I already appealed, but I received the same response saying that the penalty was applied correctly and will remain in place. Honestly, it feels like no proper manual verification was done and that the replies are automated.
The problem is I don’t really have any proof to show that I didn’t do anything wrong. I took a long break from the game and only started again about a month ago, so maybe that triggered something, but I genuinely don’t know what happened.
I only traded cards and consumables through the Transfer Market and spent a lot of time researching players and market trends to make profits. Trading is honestly the main reason I enjoy this game, especially since gameplay can be frustrating at times.
I’ve never bought or sold coins or done any coin distribution, so this situation is really disappointing for me. I’m not sure what I should do next at this point.
