Hey borrismufc,

Gotcha, try fully rebooting the PS5 by shutting it down and unplugging it for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and check again.

If it sticks around after that, it might need our support team to check out your EA account.

HiEA_Lanna im on ps5 I’ve loaded up the game but still not able to access the online game mode and being trying to access via the phone app and that isn’t working either
