fc26 pre order

i pre ordered fc26 yesterday 26th august at about 10am in the morning but i just checked on my console and it said i didnt have it but i could still pre order the ultimate edition so i have now done that its letting me download fc26 but i havnt recieved any fc25 rewards or anything so im wondering whats happening do i still get the game early and the additional pre order bonuses or not?

    I did mine yesterday about 9 pm not got anything either for the current game wondering same thing as you because we both bought em in time I’ve called PS customer support their taking look into it
