FC26 with all the same old issues of the previous editions

Stopped playing this stupid franchise for about few months, but decided to try out the "NEW" FC26 in trial and was not even surprised the same old gameplay still exists. .. Maybe not all of it, but it reeks of previous editions. Don't mind playing these skill merchands but atleast make the midfield and defense more responsive, switching when defending works when it feels like it and worst defending counter attacks, then the final minute comebacks when you are leading...FCs way of making the game enjoyable to all.

  • Yes it is not much different from the last 2 years in fact it is much less realistic and far less enjoyable. I must also add that it is far, far more time consuming and difficult to assemble a decent team in UT this year. At least last year by this time I could use some of my favourite players, which softened the blow of poor game play. This year we are almost in November and I still have 83/84 rated gold players in my team.

EA did the wrong thing and got opinions from pros who are in fact EXTERNAL stakeholders in their own product as they are competing each year for thousands of pounds of money at various events. In any business the very last thing that you do is get advice from EXTERNAL stakeholders,  because this is what you end up with. They are not looking at ways to improve the game, but looking at ways to help their own style of play. Just because the pros love abusing a certain mechanic, it does not mean that mechanic was realistic in the first place. It just means that mechanic was very effective. But effective does not equate to realistic or enjoyable.

For the love of God, use your brains EA. You are going to lose customers, I am actually looking for other games as this year is just ridiculous.
