FC27 Preorder FC26 rewards.

So I preordered fc27 ultimate Edition plus, and I’m still waiting for the rewards on fc26 to hit my account. Does anyone know how long this takes?

I find it ridiculous you pay £126 expecting to get it instantly and get nothing. What is going on EA. Sort it out.
