Fix Career Mode’s Job System

Hi EA FC team,
I’d like to suggest fixing/make improvements to the Career Mode job and application system.

Right now, successful managers only get offers from top-tier clubs. In real football, even elite managers sometimes return to lower-tier or hometown teams for personal reasons. We should be able to apply for any club, not just wait for offers.

Additionally, applying for national team jobs should be an option, rather than relying on random offers.

Adding these features would make Career Mode more realistic and engaging.
