FUTTIES POINTS MISSING

Hello, I claimed my Division Rivals rewards after reaching the weekly FUTTIES Points cap. My Rivals rewards included 600 FUTTIES Points, but they were not added to my account. There was no warning that claiming the rewards would cause me to lose these points. Could you please investigate my account and credit the missing 600 FUTTIES Points?
