Rivals problem

Hello,

only in the rivals mode, I encounter a problem. It finds the opponent, match intro happens, everything is normal until here. Then right before it switches the screen to the kick-off, I get an error saying that I lost my connection to the opponent. This happens only in rivals. I tried to to several troubleshooting which I found online. What is the reason? How I can solve this? I’m playing on PC
