To the Ukrainian FC Community: An important detail to check before buying FC 27

With the recent reveal of EA SPORTS FC 27, many players are considering pre-ordering the game. However, before paying the full price, I highly recommend checking if EA has fixed the existing regional restrictions and bugs that heavily affect Ukrainian PSN accounts.

To give some context, FC 26 provided the worst connection experience I have ever had in the series. There were constant connection issues and lags that never existed before, even though EA promised to address connection stability in their very first Pitch Notes. This terrible gameplay experience is exactly what prompted me to check my connection quality to see what was going wrong.

Here is the specific issue I found: For a long time, the Connection Quality Report on the EA website has not been working for Ukrainian players (match tracking remains at 0%). The root cause is not our local internet, but a regional restriction on EA’s backend specifically affecting Ukrainian PSN accounts.

To confirm this was a regional profile bug, I first tested it on three different Ukrainian PSN accounts, and the exact same issue was present on all of them. Then, I conducted a cross-region test: I created a Polish PSN account and logged into the game using the exact same console and IP address. Surprisingly, everything worked perfectly, and the connection report started tracking matches immediately. Earlier tests with a Romanian account showed the same positive result.

Despite this clear evidence, EA Support replies with generic automated solutions.
