Game keeps freezing when trying to take corners free kicks penalties

Hi all looking for help why my game keeps freezing when trying to take free kicks , corners, throw ins anything apart from running up and down the pitch. Honestly lost tried everything and nothing is working. EA is there a fix. Come on
