Sure a lot of us are experiencing some awful gameplay on particular modes. For me, the world cup tournament is a complete nightmare right now, regardless of what time of day it is. The gameplay is lathargic, unstable, slow animations and so forth. I have even had players run off the ball or the game not register that I am receiving it. 

Through trying different gamemodes, i know my connection is fine because it is spot on in rivals and my ea help connection report shows perfect connections every time. Alas, i have ended up back on WTFast and set it up for French server and low and behold, the world cup is now playable.

If any of yall are having issues, I strongly advise playing around with DNS servers beyond your own country if youre in Europe, WTfast, DDU for nvidia as a bad driver can really mess your gameplay up as I have recently found out, stop bloating services such as telemetry and gameinput, nagle's algorithm, windows reinstall ( this was a big one for me ) and update your network drivers(perhaps delete ethernet then install from new )
