Today right after the first tots team being released me and my friends all got perma banned for "cheating". All of us highly suggest you ea to fix this wrongdoing as soon as possible :). I really dont like losing my 300 hour grind in ea fc 26 due to a bug.
The worst part is there are literally ZERO people who will actually take a look into your case, and they will let **bleep** AI handle your case and automatically reject it. I am at this point 100% certain that they ban people, especially on PC, on false grounds to make them buy another account and boost sales since they get no new players and actually are losing players. The most scummy company on the planet. We invest hours upon hours and money in this game just to get falsely perma-banned for no reason other than playing your game and keeping it alive despite it being so, so, so bad. If there any ea employees here **bleep** you and your company for employing scummy tactics against your customers.
Yeah but couldn't except anything else from this company honestly though. But it's just so annoying that I didn't do anything, but got permanently banned from not only FC26 but also every other past or future title of the franchise. This just sucks so much, especially after spending so much money in my history of playing FIFA/FC and also in this FC alone. **bleep**ign great job EA.
That's so weird, like I don't get it. I haven't played the game in 2 weeks, and yesterday was the first time I logged back in to check out the Tot's content, and then I logged out to see if it fixed the slow menus, and I just got banned! Like, what even is that? And not only a ban but a permanent ban!! What is the crime I committed to get that perma-ban??? Invested tonnes of hours and money into this game just to get permanently banned for ZERO reasons. Thank you so much EA for taking care of your fanbase.

I literally have the same exact problem. I haven't really played for a few weeks, and today shortly after content time I couldn't log into the gamr or the web app. I apparently got permanently banned for no reason, for doing absolutely nothing wrong. PLEASE FIX THIS EA!!!
Literally the same thing happened to me 10 minutes after content time, and I have no idea why. I barely even played the game in the last 2 weeks, and today I got permanently banned. This makes no sense when I'm not even on the game 99% of the time.
