gold cr7 in a pack even though he is in tots

i opened a pack earlier today and packed cr7 Gold i have a video and pictures to show it was after content time and i've been told to report it here. if this has happened to anyone else before does it actually get resolved and they put the player on your account or is this pointless.

 I have attached a picture as i can’t attach the video but hopefully if something comes of this i can send them a video directly
