I have the same problem.
In my last Champions, 87% of the players I met were cheating. When I wrote about this in a post, EA deleted my post even though I didn't mention any player's username.
The whole game is flawed and EA doesn't care. They don't even look at cheater reports anymore. The last time they did it for me was on January 4th.
