Hey guys I need your help. I’ve been really sad lately because of my game.

It’s not working. I bought it on preorder for around 100€. At the moment this game is unplayable for me. I need to turn off and on the game for like 10 times to play. Menu is working great. But the moment I turn on FUT rivals or whatever the game got like 2 fps and it’s unplayable. I have all settings on low. I just don’t know what to do. 
Please somebody give me some tips or anything. 
I have graphic card nvidia RTX 1650 super. 
If anyone knows anything please let me know.

I bought the game 3 months ago and still haven’t played it yet..
