Hi
Still I complain about this issue for years. why is the passing on the game so bad. All passing is just going to the other team. I pass it just goes to the other team. Might as well be...
What he said was not completely true but what you said wasn't true either. Passes do go where we aim yes but when the gameplay's sluggish, it just doesn't. No matter what passes you make, apart from short passes inside spaces, some of the passes drops to the opponent no matter what. Especially on PC with input delay and bad gameplay, most passes will feel like hell.
So do not talk something without knowing what someone's getting. If you think this game's meant to be like "Passes do go where you intend. It is the way you are playing your football" this, then you're utterly wrong I'm sorry.
Thanks.
Thanks for your response. But making out the game is doing it on purpose when it doesn't happen to all players is a lop sided argument.
Do people check the controller settings? Because there are settings for reaction and changing direction etc... while executing moves.
I think trying to tweak things there might be worth a go and exhaust all avenues to rule anything out.
I still believe the way some people play doesn't help either.
I know it is rubbish if someone has sluggish gameplay. But the fact it isn't 100% across the board there has to also be other factors.
It's a shame if there are PC optimization issues.
Ultimately this is a heavy console game with millions of copies sold compared to PC where it is in the hundreds of thousands. No excuse for optimization issues though as if your going to sell on a platform you have to support it.
I think most people follows what a pro does (including settings, formations and whatsoever). So I personally don't think tweaking some settings will change anything. Coming back to the sluggish part, yes. PC Optimisation is so bad. I can literally show you some clips of mine where players actually freeze for a bit before attempting a pass. But I'm also stating here that "if the gameplay's smooth, passes are almost accurate". The thing with the game is that it's mostly sluggish and that's why passes are bad.
I hope I didn't sound rude with my previous comment.
