How boring is this game??

Every year the game gets more boring or is it just me?  More and more about the so called meta formation and players. What for a game is this? If you dont use certain players or formations your screwed. Back in the day this nonsense wasnt a thing. You could enjoy every formation or players now every team is the same boring **bleep** i play against. Do people really enjoy this?
