How much do Archetype Specialisations actually increase stats by?

For example, Maestro+ gives Turn Over Specialist which boosts passing after a tackle. But how much is it boosting passing by? Are we talking +3, +5, or even +10? 

We need to know so that we can determine if it’s worth getting, or if we could use points on other stats if we don’t need the specialisation.
