How to contact an ea employee
My account has been banned for almost 3 weeks now. After contacting ea help they immediately said there were suspicious sign ins and they would help me sort it. i have not heard anything in weeks...

EA_Darko , hi mate i did go through that process and there is a case that has been going on for over 3 weeks case number 224124846. What I’m asking is what do i do about this because I’ve paid to play the game and i believe this violates my consumer rights, is there a way of having an actual conversation with someone about my situation cause so far I’ve had one email saying thank you for waiting
