How to contact ea with live chat?

So i was mistakenly banned from using transfermarket on both web app and console and the reason i received in the email was (coin transfer)

the truth is i was live trading with a PTG card, the price hadn’t been adjusted and i managed to buy a couple cards way less than their live price at that moment (made almost 90k on just 2 cards) 

ea have labeled this as coin transfer and banned me from the market( not even a warning or suspension). The strict they could do and the did it!!

i tried submitting an appeal multiple times but each time have bern denied receiving the exact same response each time.

i even have proof for the price of the card from futbin live maket prices but they won’t accept it!

    Live chat cannot help with bans. Currently, you can appeal up to three times. 

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:
