How to properly report obvious cheaters to get them banned?

Is there a direct channel where obvious cases like this could be handled? He has FC 25 and FC 26 on his account so he might have evaded the ban last year. I got multiple life threats after recording and reporting such cheaters and most of them get banned, so I think if there was some straightforwad pipeline to get such people banned it would be beneficial for the community
