Cannot access transfer market on companion app

I cannot access the market on the companion ; however , I have been playing everyday at least 3 games since 10 april 2026 . Moreover , I cannot collect the FC season objectives on my PS5  . In addition , I cannot reach human support as I am only stuck wirh the bot

    There should be a solution for this problem as I have be already playing and I cannot buy the payed season or do many things that's horrible

    A couple other things that could be delaying access would be if you have multiple accounts on the same device accessing Ultimate Team or if your account was sanctioned by Terms of Service in the past.
