Dear EA Sports Team,

I am writing to express my serious frustration with the current state of your game.

The gameplay feels completely broken. In important and decisive matches, my team suddenly becomes much slower, less responsive, and unable to perform basic actions properly. At the same time, the momentum is clearly shifted to the opposing team. This makes the game feel scripted rather than skill-based, and it removes all sense of fair competition.

What makes this situation even more unacceptable is the financial aspect. While the minimum wage in Turkey is 28,000 TL, I invested 50,000–60,000 TL into the game and was not able to obtain a single valuable card. Spending an amount that is far above the minimum wage and receiving nothing meaningful in return is extremely disappointing and unfair.

Because of these issues, both I and many people around me have stopped playing the game. I will also actively discourage my friends and community from spending money on FIFA Points or supporting this system. A game should reward skill and effort, not manipulate outcomes while encouraging excessive spending.

If these problems are not addressed seriously, you will continue to lose loyal players. I expect fair gameplay, transparency, and respect for players’ time and money.
