I bought the Ultimate Edition on Steam, will I be able to play on September 18?

Hi, in my EA app it shows 1 AM on September 19, but I’ve seen that for people with EA Play Pro it shows that they can play from 2 PM on September 18. Is this just a visual bug and I’ll also be able to play on the 18th, or does Steam not follow the same regional release and I’ll only be able to play on the 19th?

i guess its the difference between ea play pro version and steam preordered ultimate version, not sure if it will be fixed.&nbsp;
