Will FC 26's PC optimization be as bad as FC 25?

It depends on you hardware. My PC with ryzen 9 7950X and 7900XTX runs EA FC fine. But when i switch to my laptop I7 7700HQ with 1050ti. Its laggy and the framerate drops. But i haven't played the EA FC 26 beta so i can't tell if it is improved.
Even though I have AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS cpu and 4070 cpu, I cannot play games smoothly.
