I can play on the 19th but my friend can play on the 18th

It says on my PC that i have access to the game at 9am on the 19th. but my friend on the ea app on PC says he can play at 10 pm on the 18th. why is that? i have preordered and he hasn't, If i but ea ...

Yea, I have the same problem. I bought on steam and it said i can play at 7AM on Sept.19, but my friend can play at 8pm on Sept.18. I guess its just not synced between the steam edition and eaplay pro edition. But if its not fixed I might refund the ultimate edition and buy ea play pro instead.
