I can play on the 19th but my friend can play on the 18th

It says on my PC that i have access to the game at 9am on the 19th. but my friend on the ea app on PC says he can play at 10 pm on the 18th. why is that? i have preordered and he hasn't, If i but ea ...

literally same for me, september 19th 2:00 AM, why is that so? 
is it just a visual glitch? cause 12 AM NZ Time on September 19th would be 3:00 PM on September 18th for me.
