I can play on the 19th but my friend can play on the 18th

It says on my PC that i have access to the game at 9am on the 19th. but my friend on the ea app on PC says he can play at 10 pm on the 18th. why is that? i have preordered and he hasn't, If i but ea ...

EA_Pulsar​ I have the exact same problem, as Nehrvv, will it be fixed, or is it just visual bug and we will be able to access at the correct time of sep 18th 10pm.
