I completed path to pro UT objectives all of them but missing final 2 rewards

Completed all path to pro objectives but not received the last 2 rewards the complete Divining In reward missing and the group reward Item Pick 1 of 3 max 86 totw player not received these 2 rewards ...

Same problem here ! Any ea moderator or something can help to fix this ? I am play9ng for those rewards and it is very frustrating when u cant claim it
