Account got hacked

So I was playing ultimate team last night after I got off I had 350k and a very solid yeah, woke up this morning to play some games had 3k and lots of players missing. Then I loaded up the companion app to see my quick sold recovery and there there hundreds of players bought with my coins then discarded, and I’m not sure what to do
