I keep getting disconnected when I have the lead in matches

I keep getting disconnected from matches when I take the lead and it registers as my loss. I’ve not been able to complete a full match in div rivals for the past 3 days . Please help. Also am I the only one getting this issue?

    The number of disconnection is beyond belief.. this is my 4th year with FIFA/EA , never get frustated like this where series of disconnect is like almost 5-7 minutes
