I want to refund my EA SPORTS FC 26!

Hi, I want to return a game I purchased before its release; it has not been played even once. I have sent you two messages since Friday and have not received any response. Please contact me and resolve this issue! I do not have a return option in my order list, and the status is marked as completed. However, the game is not listed in the refund tool.
