Icon appearing it top right corner of the screen

1)While i was casually playing i got offside but bc the defending team had clear possession ref le it advantage.At that moment a little reffere holding a flag appeared in top right corner of the screen and giving the option l1 and r1.Was this possible?

2)Also i was playing carrer mode and the speaker said happy birthday to someone in the stands.Is this really a dialog

(Not the commentator the speaker that like speaks and the while stadium hears him)

please help me
