In-Game Performance Issues: Input Delay (Lag) and Second Half FPS Drops
Hello EA Community Team,
I am writing to report persistent and severe performance issues I am experiencing in EA FC 26, which are significantly impacting my gameplay.
I am facing two distinct and critical problems:
- Input Delay Despite Stable Ping: When I start a match, everything runs smoothly for the first few minutes. My ping (ms) remains stable and low (e.g., 20-40ms). However, after a short while, I begin to experience significant input delay. My commands (passes, shots, player switches) are registered with a noticeable delay, making the game feel "heavy" or slow, even though my connection status shows no issues.
- Severe Second Half FPS Drops: This is the most frustrating issue. Often, the first half of the match plays perfectly with smooth, high frame rates. However, as soon as the second half begins, the FPS (frames per second) drops dramatically to an unplayable level. The game becomes extremely choppy and stutters, making it impossible to compete. This seems to be a graphics or optimization issue that is specifically triggered by the transition to the second half.
These problems are not related to my internet connection, as my ping is consistent. They feel like optimization or server-side issues. These combined issues (input delay and FPS drops) are making the game incredibly frustrating and almost unplayable.
I kindly request that the technical team investigate these specific problems, especially the severe FPS drop that occurs in the second half of matches.(I plau game in computer)
