Is anyone enjoying this game

they couldnt even fix the easiest errors in menu, sbcs and so on, that exist till the start of the game, some since fc 25.
and yes it really seems like they actively sabotage the game in every aspect. lets hope it works and they go down, so that a new "fifa" can rise like phoenix from the ashes ;)

blue166​ Being a Seasons player myself, there is a small part of me that agrees with you. Every once in a while (1 out of 20-30?) I play a good, equally balanced game.

Most of the games however, it is very clear that one of both players is advantaged towards the other. There are periods where I win one game after the other. Sometimes this period lasts a few days and I go straight to Div1. Every pass from the opponent falls in my feet, i win each duel, all skill moves go flawless and my attackers cut through defense like a hot knife through butter.

Then without any reason it seems like the game had enough of your winning streak and nothing works anymore. And this happens more often than me winning.  Players that refuse to execute tasks or hide behind opponents. Passes that go in all directions except where you are aiming at, delayed movement and response, no one to pass to, the feeling like you are playing with rhinos while the opponent is swarming around you like wasps. And then you realise this is why you won all these other games so easily. Because your opponent was facing the same problems.

To answer the question: no, I don't enjoy playing this game anymore. For someone who watches a lot of real football games, this has nothing to do with the real thing. I started by saying I enjoy a game every once in a while, but I'm not gonna buy it next year. I'm not ordering an underbaked, crappy pizza with overdue ingredients, only because you like the taste of that one olive in the middle either

This is not a football game anymore.

It’s a broken, scripted, unresponsive mess — and everyone knows it.

EA didn’t just drop the ball… they’ve completely abandoned the idea that this game should be FUN or SKILL-BASED.

Passing? Random.
Defending? Pointless.
Dribbling? Dead.
AI? Braindead.

You can line up a perfect pass and it goes straight to your opponent like the game decided you’re losing the ball. Not “slightly off” — perfectly gifted to them.

Tackles don’t matter.

You can defend perfectly, win the ball CLEAN… and it bounces straight back like the game is actively overriding you. Meanwhile, people spamming broken mechanics get rewarded.

That’s not gameplay. That’s manipulation.

Players move like they’re stuck in mud:
• Delayed inputs
• Random slowdowns
• First touches from hell
• Players turning like trucks
• Speed stats doing absolutely nothing

Every match feels pre-determined by who the game decides gets better animations. And no im not talking about DDA or scripting. Im talking about negative game mechanics used to make games more even. Like slowing ur players, or if u breath on my player he goes into a 3 second tumble. Overpowered counterattacks. The game is full of these negative mechanisms.

U even removed options that used to be on tactics in previous Fifa so we cant stop the counterattacking.

The game is developing backwards..

And the physicality? Completely broken.

A 155 cm player with 60 strength shouldn’t be outmuscling elite players — but somehow they’re throwing your striker off the ball like he’s a toddler. Meanwhile your players bounce off challenges like they’re made of paper.

Stats don’t matter. Positioning doesn’t matter. Timing doesn’t matter.

The game just decides who wins the contact — and that’s it.

That’s not a skill gap. That’s a broken system.

And let’s not ignore the bigger picture:
Servers feel worse.
Rewards are a joke.
Monetization is clearly the priority. 

And legit players getting flagged by automated systems with ZERO transparency? That’s how you treat your community?

At this point, you’re not playing football.

You’re fighting delay, broken mechanics, and a system that rewards whoever exploits it best.

This game does NOT reward skill.
It does NOT reward intelligence.
It does NOT reward good decisions.

It rewards abuse.

Call it what it is:

A full-priced game built around frustration, inconsistency, and monetization.

Trailer and promises made by EA was a complete lie. 

Fix it — or stop pretending this is competitive football.

Too call this a bad game would be a understatement. It is a complete scam product.

Absolutely this, best thing to do. Play other games and enjoy the non toxic, sweaty and scripted gameplay 

I will get shot down for this.

Actually, on Seasons mode when you play against a decent opponent who attempts to play football (I do) you can have a decent game. I am also speaking from DIV 1 here.

I don't know mode wise what everyone else here is playing. So I can't comment on that. So what I am saying is purely from my own experience.

I am happy to have a conversation about the game and what people's biggest issues are.

But don't flame me for not totally hating on it.

Also, not claiming it is perfect either.

Ive just uninstalled it. Its soo bad i dont want to waste my time. Just looking for another game on ps plus any recommendations 

Worst AAA game i ever played. They might as well change the name to Spam X.

The AI is on level with a Nintendo 8 bit game. Totally oblivious to whats going on...

They sucked all the fun out.  The physical duels was the final nail. Evry mechanic in the game is broken. Seriously, they cant even make passing work properly.

The game is a total scam and every game is painful...
