Issue: EAFC 26 Pre Order Ultimate Edition

I recently pre ordered the ultimate edition but I was unaware there was an actual expiry date on receiving the Icon for EAFC 26. I think the idea of an expiry date on extra pre order content is ridic...

    The5ftToothPick2​ I understand that sentiment, but the date was not hidden, so there was an opportunity for everyone to see it. Think of it like an extra loyalty bonus, for those who went ahead and jumped in for the next installment, without waiting for all of the finer details and things that could have an influence on their decision. 

    It may not be best for everybody circumstantially, but if everyone theoretically did have an opportunity to participate, you can't ask much more than that, so I definitely wouldn't expect anything to be done about this.
