Issue Linking Xbox Account to EA Account

I am experiencing an issue when trying to link my Xbox account to my EA account. I receive a message stating that I cannot link a new Xbox account because my EA account is currently linked to another Xbox account (Xbox ID: Mox772798), and that I must wait 365 days before linking a new one.

The problem is that I no longer have access to the previously linked Xbox account, and I would like to link my current Xbox account instead.

My details are as follows:

- Previously linked Xbox ID: Mox772798  

- Current Xbox ID I want to link: MOX771536  

I kindly request your assistance in unlinking the old Xbox account or providing a solution that allows me to link my current Xbox account, as I am currently unable to access EA services on Xbox due to this issue.
