Hey fc_26_h8 jumping into a thread in the manner you and others have done is not something we allow as we consider it hijacking.
If a user is posting asking for help then others jumping in to be dismissive to CMs and such is not allowed.
I took a look at your posts to see if there was an issue you needed help with as you mentioned being here for months but it says your account was only created 3 days ago. Do you maybe have another account that you post from?

helloEA_Darko as you didn’t focus on what i wrote i already did mention that its not my first account so yea talking you is pointless cause you dont understand what i wrote in the first place telling me i hijacked the thread good luck with your work

How can you call it hijacking just because people express dissatisfaction with EA or yourself?
There are a lot of people who are angry at both the company and you as a CM because they feel like they are not being taken seriously.
You are in a position as a liaison between the company and us as customers and should expect angry comments.
You CM's of this forum are the only "human" people inside EA to contact to express our huge frustations, because of a dysfunctional customer service at EA. Then it is only to be expected that you will become a "shooting target" for frustrated and raging customers.
And also - The links that you recommend to follow, is really not helpful at all!

Hey all, let's step back a little and relax.
If you are having an issue like the OP then we are happy to help, if this is the case then we'd ask that you share as much info as possible with us as to the issue.
Posting to just berate a CM, be rude, dismissive and the like helps nobody and can be considered thread hijacking.
We understand that you are frustrated, but we are here to help and part of it is helping us to help you.
We ask that you start by trying the connection steps as if there is an issue on our side then we will see it. It's why when we see issues we communicate them and outside of these periods we will ask that you try the connection troubleshooting steps to start with to help rule our things.
