Just packed Al Owairan and received normal hero card
Just packed the normal hero version when he has a scream promo active is this normal??

A year or so back they kept forgetting to put the promo cards in packs so people got the normal one and they kept on having to give out compensation so instead of just not being incompetent they made it so now you can get all the versions at the same time so now you don't know if you should have got the promo one or not , it's utter nonsense of course
