Loaning Youth Players should have NOTHING to do with earning playstyles.

PLEASE, as a fundamental principle of career mode:

• Youth player playstyle development should have NOTHING to do with loans. If loaning a player out affects their playstyle development in ANY WAY, it makes it EXHAUSTING to manage the development of youth players in long career mode saves
• Due to the nature of dynamic potential and how it is affected by playtime and performance, it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete a save over 10+ seasons without loaning out some youth players that you want to eventually have in your first team
• As such, it is UNTENABLE for there to be ANY adverse effects on playstyle / playstyle+ development that come from loaning out a youth player
• This gets technical very quickly, which is part of the problem; as a general principle, the mechanics around how youth players develop playstyles and playstyle+ should be SIMPLE and CLEARLY PUBLICIZED. Having said that, some specific technical notes:
  • 1: they will not get a playstyle+ at 80;
  • 2: In order to get the playstyle+, I have to randomly loan them out AGAIN and then recall them, which makes no sense;
  • 3: If I loan out a player with 7 playstyles EVER, even once, I cannot get my second playstyle+ at 90, because I’ve broken from the normal mechanics by loaning my player (as explained in #2)
  • 4: this behavior also prevents me from using the glitch that allows you to get an extra 1-2 playstyles by converting a temporary playstyle into a permanent playstyle+ on players that I’ve loaned out; I want to see this glitch patched OR I want to see it unaffected by loans
  • 5: For literally no apparent reason at all, the aforementioned extra playstyle glitch only works for SOME playstyles and not for others. Like literally I can put Quick Step+ on my striker as an 8th playstyle, but I can’t do Finesse Shot+. WHY? The fact that it’s playstyle-specific makes me think it was done on PURPOSE, which is baffling to me.
• In FC25, if I loan a youth player out and recall them before they hit 80, then:
• To reiterate, having ANY playstyle development quirks be dependent on loans makes career mode gameplay EXHAUSTING because I have to fight like hell in every single game to keep ALL of my low-rated youth players from getting fried by dynamic potential without loaning them out

Please, I BEG of you, just make this behavior

1. SIMPLY, CLEAR, AND PUBLICIZED
2. COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO LOANING YOUTH PLAYERS IN ANY WAY EVER

…or else I will not be buying FC26 and I will be telling others on reddit not to buy it either
