In my first 4 games of champs I have had two people quit and I have recieved the loss for this. Once again absolutely dire service from EA, no way to contact them, only a couple of weeks ago we couldn’t play for a full week on PC with ZERO COMPENSATION!!! And if it’s not hackers every weekend now it’s this?!? Absolutely ridiculous for a £100 game!
Exactly same issue here, leading 2-1, opponent pauses the match -> quits and somehow I'm getting a loss.
Absolutely no doubt they'll refuse to acknowledge this just like the disconnecting issue and hope we just suck it up. Awful service AS ALWAYS. So much for listening to the players this year eh?
And now a disconnect right at the start of the match asking me to check if my client is live hahaha! Absolute daylight fraud. 2-5 in champs and I haven’t even played more than 3 matches 😂😂

is anybody going to bother to reply or acknowledge we're being scammed out of wins and gameplay? This customer support just simply is not good enough whatsoever, in any way shape or form, and the lack of compensation is worrying.
