MAJOR ISSUE - Cannot play FUT Rivals

Hi I am having some major issues and won't be able to complete the Rivals games this week because I keep getting disconnected upon loading into a match after matching with an opponent. I can play all Live Event modes just fine and also played Champs just this past weekend with no issue. I only get disconnected from Rivals.

I play on PC via EA App.

I have tried a ton of different things and discussed this issue with 3 separate EA Agents from EA Help.

• Tried changing Squads, creating a new one
  • (EVO glitch)
• turned on and off CrossPlay
• I put on basic Jerseys, Club Stadium items, etc.
  • (possible mis-loading of Cosmetic items)
• Adjusted Network Area function via Clubs (I play on East Coast servers)
• Turned off VPN app
  • Never used VPN to play, it's just running in the background
• I've fully reinstalled the game, wiped local AppData, disabled IPv6, and verified that Live Events function perfectly
• I tried these Command functions:
  • ipconfig /flushdns
  • netsh winsock reset
  • netsh int ip reset
• Turn off any VPN, network filtering, or traffic-routing software if installed (ExitLag, Mudfish, NoPing, antivirus network shields, etc.).
• Enabled UPnP on my router (was already enabled)
  
  If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I have a case open and EA is looking to try and duplicate this issue and try to solve it.
