Make your idol - Starter
Hi the new evo make your idol - starter will not progress by level 3 wondering if anyone else is having this issue

One of my friends had a similar issue, but then he played a Squad Battle, and it worked for him. Which game mode did you play? Try playing one Squad Battle game and see if it works for you.
Also, try restarting the game, too—it might just be a temporary glitch.
