Manager Job Interviews - Career Mode

Suggestion:
It would be great to see manager job interviews added to Career Mode, similar to what’s done in Football Manager. Instead of just being hired based on reputation or results, clubs could test you through multiple-choice interview questions that reflect their culture and long-term strategy.

For example, a club might ask:

• “Would you prioritize developing academy graduates?”
• “Do you agree to maintain our tradition of signing South American talent?”
• “Would you adapt your tactics to play attacking football, as our fans expect?”

Your answers could then affect:

• Hiring decisions (clubs only pick managers aligned with their philosophy).
• Board confidence (measured by “Cultural Fit” alongside results and finances).
• Media narratives (press referencing whether you’re sticking to your promises).

This would make Career Mode feel more immersive and unique, giving each club its own identity and making job changes more meaningful.
