Missing content

Since 16.12.2025 I have been dealing with the missing content for completing the task with support. I also provided photos and still got the answer....you are not entitled to the reward. I know that nothing good will come out of the packages. But I am concerned about the principle that by buying the game I support EA. I dedicate my time to playing and when a problem occurs...do they take the position that I am not entitled? Reason

This is case #232566596

And because the reward didn't come my way, I didn't have time to finish the entire season the following week.

If our team advised you that they are unable to grant you the item due to you not meeting the requirements Teragot41 then there would be nothing that we can do on the forums to change this.

Well, if you can't help me and solve it. In that case, all that's left is to report it to the BBB.....Better Business Bureau. OK

They may have directed you here to post a bug report Teragot41 as we can pass them on. Beyond this if our live support team has passed an issue on then there would be nothing more that we can help with.
