Missing icon swaps

i completed all 20 icon swaps and when the first batch came out i submitted it into the 8 player squad for R9, when the second batch came out i completed all swaps and when i went to submit it, i realised 2 swaps wernt in my club and had disappeared from the club, i have reported this issue a few times now and nothing has changed with there being 3 days left till R9 expires, please help me as i would have wasted my timr
